This app does not allow one to download a ringtone to ones iPhone, but allows you to PICK a ringtone and have it be sent to your email. ONLY THEN can the ringtone be synced to your iPhone. And it still needs to go through the iTunes...

Works really well just a little bit of work to get it to sync to your phone
